Ingredients such as fresh dairy products, meat from the company’s own Maashof, fish from local waters and herbs, mushrooms and berries from our forests and mountains are key components of our cuisine.
Cooking only with products corresponding to the season that lets them grow and flourish. What we get from the region, we take from the region. We pickle and cook, ferment and dry to preserve products for the winter. The cattle, pigs and sheep from our own farm are processed whole – out of respect for animals and nature. Just as our ancestors did.
It is our aim to convert this philosophy in perfect harmony on your plate.
We try to offer all our guests a unique dining experience. However, due to the diversity of the menu, it is not possible for us to serve it lactose- or gluten-free.
